Renderman Shaders

Site Home : Computing : Graphics : Renderman Shaders

I used to do a lot of computer graphics at JPL - 3D data visualization stuff mostly. But all I've had time to package together so far are a couple very simple RenderMan shaders - I use these to get my bearings when I'm preparing a model...

These shaders have been tested with Larry Gritz's BMRT package
xyz.sl is a solid texture that colors objects with a 3D grid that follows either the world or object coordinate space. Very useful when you are setting up a scene, and you got "lost".
It looks pretty bad, but it does the job.
st.sl is The same thing, only for the texture coordinates. Oh, and it looks just as bad.
